Came here for our daughters christening and it truly hurt me and my partner for two of my beloved friends was so ill-treated because of there faith they are both the most loving people you will ever meet. Our beloved friends are pagans and before you jump on the bandwagon there are 2 sides white witch and black witch and for tour information our friends are white witches and their moto is to help everyone and harm noone. They are also they to protect our daughter from evil which i read the songs that so do christians but yet the Rev'd Imogen Nay had to be rude and made me feel so little by saying "are you taking the mick. Do you think this is a joke its a christening" this has made me and my family and friend question our beliefs and faith because we was always told that the church welcomes all..... clearly not and what hurt the most is that you couldnt ask me my partner and our friends to come down and talk about it not you had to say in front of some of our family. It just shows who the judgemental people are. Im so glad that my little princess wont remember how she spoke to me and what she said as i will teach her to treat everyone equal weather thats what religion they are in what race they are and who they choose to love.

Buzzing vibrant church with lots going on for young and old. Beautiful building and welcoming cafe. Closely involved in town centre community with a growing cultural programme. Everybody at the church tries to be welcoming and supportive to all, no matter your situation.

I have been greatly helped by the rev Imogen Nay and warmly welcomed into the very friendly community. The Church itself is a wonderful structure with lots of decorative detail. My life is on a much better course thanks to Imogen who i can never thank enough.

Visited this church for a christening 16/10/16. I had been asked by the parents to become godfather to their daughter which I duly accepted. They had also asked two of their closest friends to become godparents as well. This couple happen to be Pagan and when the Reverend heard this she made no bones about making a comment of "Are you taking the Mickey this is a Christian celebration" I am of of the understanding that it's a house of God and all are welcome. The parents were mortified by this comment especially as they had spoken to the church before the event and we're assured that it would be ok. Having been spoken to in this manner in front of all the guests they found it very upsetting, why couldn't the reverend taken them to one side for a quiet chat instead of blaring it out for all to hear.
